As a Water Transfer field laborer, you’ll be hands-on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support Completions activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
- Truck spotting.
- Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
- Monitor water levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
- Follow all Albatross Ventures and Clients customer safety policies and standard operating procedures
- Communicate clearly and work well in a team
- Travel to job sites as needed
- Communicate with supervisor, other Albatross Ventures employees and occasionally with customer and other customer contractors to maximize performance of equipment and operations
- Complete appropriate documentation and paperwork, including but not limited to, maintaining logs of operating conditions, execution and issues and report any irregularities
- Other duties as may be assigned
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements
- Required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to being hired
- This is a safety sensitive position subject to random drug testing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to take direction from supervisors, focus attention on details, follow work rules and keep required work schedules.
- Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
- Ability to work in outdoors, physically demanding environments
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend
